Overview

The Archaeologists of Truth is a specialized research faction dedicated to studying the remains of the Architects. They emerged as a prominent force following the discovery of the Primordial Archive, driven by a desire to understand the fundamental nature of reality.

Leadership

Led by Chief Researcher Aris Thorne, the faction is composed of the galaxy's leading xeno-archaeologists, quantum physicists, and historians.

Territory

They maintain a permanent presence at the Primordial Archive and various smaller "echo sites" where Architect influence is strong.

Resources

They possess advanced scanning technology capable of peering through quantum interference and have the largest collection of translated Architect glyphs in existence.

Relations

• Reality Purists: The Archaeologists view the Purists as anti-intellectuals who fear the truth they are uncovering.
• Human Collective: They rely on the Collective for funding and security but maintain scientific independence.

Design Notes

The Archaeologists provide the player with lore-heavy quests and rewards related to Artificial Reality. They are the primary source for upgrading Primordial Technology.
