Mist-Wisp Stalker

Mist-Wisp Stalkers are predatory entities composed of condensed fog and flickering Seepage. They are the bane of Mist-Dredgers, as they have evolved to mimic the exact bioluminescent frequency of "Mist-Salt" clusters.

Abilities

• False Lure: The stalker remains motionless, glowing with a soft blue light that attracts dredgers.
• Vapor Dash: Can move near-instantaneously through thick fog, appearing as a blur of white light.
• Static Discharge: When struck or when it attacks, it releases a burst of unstable magic that can short-circuit enchanted tools like the Dredging Hook.

Design Notes

Visually, they should look like skeletal, elongated figures made of swirling smoke with a single, bright core. In-game, players can distinguish them from real Mist-Salt by listening for a low, discordant hum that salt doesn't produce.
