The Seepage is the name given to the arcane energy that leaks through the natural cracks and fissures of the cliffs upon which Mistcliff Reach is built. Historically, it appeared as faint, glowing wisps—enough to warm a teapot or illuminate a dark cellar.

Recent Volatility

In recent months, The Seepage has intensified. It no longer just glows; it manifests as Glowing Flora in the crags and Whispering Winds that carry echoes of the past. This surge in power has turned a domestic convenience into a potent resource.

Manifestations

• Wisps: Minor motes of light used for utility.
• Flora: Plants that grow near leaks, absorbing specific magical properties.
• Echoes: Audio manifestations found in high, wind-swept areas.

Design Notes

The Seepage should be visually represented by soft teal and gold particles. In gameplay, it acts as the primary resource for Environmental Spellcasting.
