Captain Silas Vane

Silas Vane is the ruthless leader of the Mist-Merchants. A veteran sailor who lost his eye to a Mist-Crab, he now sees The Seepage as the key to his ultimate goal: controlling all trade in the Veil-Mist Bay.

Cold, calculating, and intensely ambitious. He has no patience for the "superstitions" of the Cliff-Guard.
