Veil-Mist Bay is a perpetually fog-shrouded body of water that lies at the foot of Mistcliff Reach. The mist is not merely weather; it is thick with the residue of The Seepage.

• The Deep Leaks: Rumors persist of massive arcane vents on the sea floor that fuel the volatility of the cliffs above.

Design Notes

The bay should feel vast and mysterious. The water should have a slight bioluminescent shimmer.
