Beyond is the term used to describe the state of existence or the location where the Architects went after The Departure. It is believed to be outside the Quantum Layer and the physical universe.

History

The existence of "Beyond" is purely theoretical, based on the fact that the Architects' energy signatures vanished completely from known space. Some believe it is a higher-dimensional realm; others think it is a state of non-existence.
