The faction lacks a formal hierarchy, operating more as a collective of like-minded individuals. Figures like Zephyrin serve as informal guides or mentors rather than rulers.

Territory

They claim no land but are often found in "Thin Places" such as The Shimmering Rift, where reality is less stable.
